You need a button making machine and then use the magnet back instead of pins.

where do i get the backs? and the blue "A" and arrows?

The A and blue arrows I made myself with illustrator. The pins, shells and backs you can get on any online shop. I always buy them all over the place: ebay, amazon, buttons inc, USA buttons.
